Event/League Refund Policy
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
The deadline to make a request for a full refund is ten (10) days prior to the day of an event/start of a league. A full refund will be returned to the registrant via a check to be mailed within 30 days of the request.
Requests for a refund that are made after the above stated deadline and prior to 24 hours of the day of an event/start of a league will be given a store credit via a gift card to be mailed to the registrant within 30 days of the request. Please note that the following fees are NON-REFUNDABLE for any cancellations made during this period: $5 administration fee for a single day event, $15 administration fee for a league and any late payment fees.
No refunds or credits will be granted for any cancellations made after the 24 hour period leading up to the day of an event/start of a league.
No refunds or credits will be granted for teams that pull out of an event/league after committing to a spot.
