Welcome to the Creekside Middle School 6th Grade Team Jaguars Online Store powered by Empire Lacrosse. Below you will find a short sleeve tee, a long sleeve tee, and a hooded sweatshirt for purchase branded with the Team Jaguars logo so your student can show their 6th grade team pride while walking the hallways of CRM. A portion of all sales will go directly back to the school.

Please note:

• These are custom items, made to order, all sales are final.
• The online store will close on Sunday, September 10th at 11:59pm, we will not accept any late order.
• Please allow 2 weeks from the date the store closes for production.
• Empire Lacrosse will deliver the items to the school to be distributed by your team leader, Mr. Gasser once completed (~9/22/23).
