Shipping Policy
Empire Lacrosse ships via UPS and USPS. Delivery times are calculated in business days. If you order an item on a weekend or holiday the order will not be processed until the next business day. Orders received before 3PM EST will generally ship out same day from our distribution center in Central Indiana. Standard shipping can take 1-7 business days. Please note that USPS and UPS Ground orders may take up to 24 hours to process so if you absolutely need it by a certain day it is advised that you expedite the shipping.
Backorder Policy
An order for an item that is temporarily out of stock is called a “backorder.” When an item is placed on backorder, we will ship that item to you via our regular ground shipping as soon as it becomes available. If you ordered multiple items and only one item is backordered we ship what is in stock and then the backordered item later. You will be notified of a backordered situation and you may cancel an item on backorder at any time before it ships.
Return Policy
All returns or exchanges must be completed within 30-days of original shipping date. All items must have a receipt, be new, unused, and in the original manufacturers packaging.
Team orders, special orders, custom orders, jocks, undergarments, and mouth guards are NOT returnable or exchangeable for any reason.
All returns/exchanges must have a Valid Return Authorization Number. In order to receive your RA# contact Empire Lacrosse Customer Care at 855.574.4529. Items will not be accepted without a Valid RA#. Please write this number clearly on the box when returning. Mail all returns to:

Manufacturer Warranty Policy
NO WARRANTIES: Alloy Handles, mini sticks, closeout items and promotional items/giveaways.
30-DAY WARRANTY: ProtProtective padding, bags, and footwear.
6-MONTH WARRANTY: All heads, titanium handles and products not listed above.
***All sticks must be completely broken from play. Dings, dents, and scratches are NOT covered by Warranty. Heads must NOT be altered in any way (ex. pinched or dyed) and should have been broken during play. Stringing components are not covered under warranty. You must contact the correct manufacturer to receive warranty information and a return authorization number. A receipt to show proof of purchase and purchase date must accompany all products. The manufacturer will replace all items under warranty upon receiving defective product. ***
